Overview

Protect fire hydrants from damage and tampering with the Hydrant Guard Cap and Lock System. PADLOCK NOT INCLUDED

The Hydrant Guard Cap and Lock System utilizes a standard padlock and hasp pin to secure a free-spinning outer cover to an inner pentagon adapter that is secured to the hydrant's operating nut with set screws. Padlock must have a 5/1+" maxium shackle diameter. This unit is made of cast iron and finished with a durable red powder coating. The Hydrant Guard Cap and Lock System is easily installed and fits most standard fire hydrants.
