The Flat Concrete Base is used for mounting Telespar Sign Posts in bolt down applications. Simply drill and anchor sign post to any flat concrete surface. Used with Telespar 1-3/4" to 2-1/2". Hot Dip Galvanized for added protection against corrosion.
